Soft and Sanguine is also a space to be held as you move through a dissolution process.

This is a place to learn and practice new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you, through movement, tarot, mediumship, and play.

You may be finding you are outgrowing the life you have been living, and that it is time to surrender to a softening of your body and mind, so that your spirit can feel more free.

A caterpillar must dissolve in their cocoon or chrysalis, in order to transform into a moth or butterfly. There are imaginal discs that have been dormant, and are activated by the dissolution process, helping to build the butterfly or moth’s final form.

Much like imaginal discs, there are parts of us waiting to be awakened, so that they can help us become the next version of ourselves.

We can go through a multitude of dissolution processes in our life, if we allow ourselves to. In this space, we practice opening ourselves up to invitations to dissolve, to transform, to be in uncertainty, to love ourselves more deeply, and to embrace the grief that comes with impermanence.

We’ll get our hands dirty, be a little silly, and tap into our creativity, curiosity, and what makes us who we are, in all that we do together.

  • invite deeper breaths, as you expand beyond your current edges

  • commit to intentional time to offer awareness and curiosity to their inner world, to what needs to soften and move, and to their relationship with trust (in themself, in the Divine, in the world around them, etc.)

  • receive guidance to support them with cultivating a relationship with their body, mind, and spirit
