Mentorship involves four, 1 hour sessions, which can take place weekly or monthly. Meetings can be virtual or in-person.

The first session will largely be dedicated to an energetic attunement reading, so that we can be clear together where you are energetically, and what supports you may need over the course of our time together.

Sessions will incorporate tarot cards, connection with your Spirit Guides, movement and breathing practices, and guided visualizations, depending on what is most supportive for you.

Mentorship is a good fit if:

• You are ready to commit to meeting at least once a month, and to devoting time, energy, and intention to self-care and self-exploration.

• You are at a transition point, and desire spiritual and emotional support. This could be a point of growth, confusion, loss, and anything in between.

• You are open to receiving wisdom, support, and messages from your Spirit Guides, feedback from me based on my experiences and my intuition, as well as practical ideas for rituals and practices.

• You are ready to practice self-trust around your needs and learning what works best for you, and want to cultivate a relationship with your own intuition.
